Grinding noise

Similar to this sound? I've been dealing with this for a while now. This video is when I'm exiting my narrow garage.

Late to this thread, but this sounds exactly like mine. Only happens on one side I think. Did you ever figure out a cause?

Nope. Never became a real issue and sold the car with 40k miles

My 2020 GT1 vehicle does it as well, and according to the owners manual, it is the ABS System doing a diagnostic check.
Does it the most after the car has been sitting around for awhile too.

I'm a genesis tech and own a g70 mine does it to. Trying to get to the source slowly but surely. I can't lie it sometimes sounds speaker driven. Half a second scratch or hiss noise coming from vehicle, only does it in morning when reversing out of driveway then diving forward and the noise happens.

Every one of my vehicles I've owned with abs has done this. Self check.

Can you elaborate on this "ABS self check?"

What is being done? By what? For what reason?

Basically required to spin up the pump to pressurize the system to make sure things are operational. If you just google abs self check noise you'll see posts from every automaker. It's very noticeable if you are on the brakes when it does the self check and can even feel it in the pedal .
