Grill separation

This is the third time the lower grill has worked it's way off the bumper. The dealer claims there is a screw that is loose every time. Anyone else have a loose lower grill?

No, but I wonder if they have heard of loctite?

Seriously. I might just fix this thing myself this time. With loctite of course.

Was it taken off intentionally at some point? Sounds like a screw that was perhaps over tightened and stripped
 
f*ck if I know. The owner drove it for like 700 miles. Did get a brand new windshield because the f****r must have used it for target practice or something.
