I have 2 stingers a GT and a Base 2.0. Went to fill them up today and both fuel doors would not open. It was a cold morning. Finally got the GT to pop but the other one would not open. Anyone experience this?

I've had it happen occasionally with other cars, when a light layer of ice managed to glue them shut. Normally doesn't take anything more that a good bop with a clenched fist in the middle of the door to flex the cover, break the bond and free them.

I had a similar problem with my Optima, we don't have the ice like you and the car was always garaged. It was quite frustrating having to get back into the car 2-3 times trying to release the button. Took it to the dealership service department and they fixed it, never played up again.

No ice here either not sure what’s going on
