Did.you get the kit?I’ll try em out. Hopefully will have results before the new year
Do you plan on installing it yourself?I got the parts but never got the chance to install them due to the snow, but I’ll share once I get the time to put em on.
Here’s some pics of what comes in the kit, its pretty in line with what they marketed and they measure up fine.
Probably not, but it doesn't seem too difficult to do so based on what my normal shop prices it at I’ll have it done there.Do you plan on installing it yourself?
I think as long as the control arms, tie rods are the same. These components just seem to raise the car via springsI wonder if this will create bump steer changing the geometry of the steering
How much they charge you? Did you get an alignment? I like it. Looks like I could run some 295/30-20 with no rub with that kitGot them installed and drove around for a few days.
The shop opted to take apart the struts to install the lift. I’m not certain if they had to adjust the sway bar end-links to ensure everything lined up properly, regardless the alignment feels fine.
Overall the ride quality and handling isn’t much different my standards. My other driver has said it’s a bit rougher even in comfort mode. The main changes are ride height, shocker right, and wheel hop in the back over bumps.
It’s not much height but it keeps my mud flaps from popping off when I back into my driveway so it’s a win for me.
Also some pics for reference the snow is pre lift
