So this has happened a couple of times. It's starting to get pretty chilly recently and I notice when I get off work around 8pm I get fog from inside the front windshield. I've never had a car that does that only on the stinger. Is there something that cause that? I find myself having to wipe away the condensation before driving off. Is that normal?

Sounds like your climate control settings are incorrect. Try it on "auto" and see what happens.

When the car if off? This is happening when I get in the car. I haven't started it or nothing.

Inside temperature higher than outside, high humidity and lack of ventilation?

Im guessing heat from the engine bay is finding it's way into the cab?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
A good theory.

Have you used a sunshade
I have found that using some sun shades leaves a residue on the window
Maybe chemicals releasing from sunshade.
Interior rain x fixed this issue for me on previous cars.

if you have moisture in the car from wet/snowie shoes etc or possibly something spilled ?? you could be getting condensation

Yes I do use a sun shade. I'm not sure what residue they have to cause fog to built up. l'll try rain x when I get a chance. I just think its weird that it's happening on the stinger and not my wifes accord or my last car.

Stop having hot make out sessions in the stinger and you won’t fog up the windows.

...........do you have teenagers ?????????????????????????

on my past cars, this would happen if there was moisture inside the car. I had a leak in the door seal of my last BMW and it would do this when the carpet got wet from the leak.
