I just did my first oil change myself. It really wasn't very difficult.
But, this was really no big deal...

- Jacking the Stinger up was the most difficult part. I used two floor jacks. My ramps would not clear the bumper and there is no single jack-point in the center (not that I could see or have read about).
- Six 10mm bolts and two clips to remove the panel and oil filter panel.
- I found the socket for the oil filter does NOT need to be a shallow 27mm...which I ordered from Amazon. A regular (not deep wall) 27mm socket would have worked just fine. Since the filter housing is plastic, I would use a tool that has 6-points (socket or wrench). One could use a short 27mm wrench or a ratcheting wrench if you can find a 27mm ratcheting wrench!
- I used a WIX filter & Valvoline Advanced Synthetic 5W-30. BTW, O'Reilly's Auto Parts carries WIX and will price match oil from Walmart which is significantly less expensive. Mobile 1 and Valvoline are within $0.50 of each other.
- The Stinger took ~7 quarts as others have said.
