Excellent service from racechip

Recently, i bought a new racechip gts on the us site of racechip. Some people tell me that racechip doesn’t gove a good service. Well, i can tell without a doubt that racechip has an excellent service. They answer to the email maximum the next day. My order was shipped the next day i ordered and i will receive the chip this week.
in other words, many people tell me that burgertuning offers an excellent service. I ordered a pack of 6 spark plugs from thei site three days ago. I emailed them but no answer from them. No tracking, my order is not ship at all. I try to reach them by email, but it’s silence radio. Maybe they have gear product by i am not impressed by their service. I would like to buy a couple parts on their site but i am not sure now....

Why such hate for racechip?!?!
I just put the racechip and the spark plugs and it’s all! I don’t want to put anything more on the car. And if you don’t upgrade the car to a next level, the gain in HP and TQ is the same !!! Dyno prove and it takes 15 min to install and 5 min to desinstall the racehip. Jb4 take a way more time to do.
So, If you have something else i don’t know tell me

JB4 takes 5-10 minutes tops or you’re all thumbs. Not the you you’re more the you’re in general. Mine has been in and out a # of times. As for the RC I’ll get back to you on that one when I see your post to sell it. Like so many before you. Just trying to save you that step.

Ok i will believe you but explain to me why? What’s the difference in hp gains or tq. Are they « stable » the two?
so put explanation on your though and mark my words: i will return racechip as soon i received it 10 feb for a jb4. But don’t tell me that jb4 is better or bla bla... i want proof, i want explanation in regards of stay with the chip and the spark plugs and will not put anything more on the car. Thank you for your time

I've had a RaceChip on my Stinger for over a year and it's been great. Easy to install, well-built, a free app, and it works exactly as described on the box. I have an intake, exhaust, spark plugs, sway bars and that's all I plan to do. I'm sure the JB4 is more flexible if you want to do more modifications, but the level of tribal fanaticism over what is, at the end of the day, just another piggyback is plain weird. If I intended to do more, I would get an ECU tune rather than swapping from the RaceChip. In many countries, RaceChip provides an engine warranty of up to 60,000 miles with a cap of 10,000 Euros to repair damage if traced back to using the RaceChip. This confidence in their own product is what really sold me.

Hi !!! Thank you for your post !!! I appreciate !! I received it yesterday and plan to install it monday morning with my mecano. I am surprised with the presentation: nice box, instructions, nice package etc...
I plan to add only an intake with my racechip and the spark plugs.
question for you: hi bought the denso spark plugs with the tools for the gapping. But there is many thoughts on how to gap the spark on this site. I think i will gap
them at ,022... it is ok?

Anywhere between 0.022 and 0.028 is fine. The factory gap on mine was about 0.036 and I changed them to 0.024.

My jb4 had a worse 0-60 time than stock and put my car in limp mode.... my racechip pulls like a train.
