Just replaced rotors (front only, resurfaced rears), hardware and installed EBC Yellow all around. Marked difference. More bite and stopping force. Very easy job replacing the pads. (Rotors were done a couple weeks ago under CarMax 90 day warranty). Car had the common vibration when braking. Wanted to future proof so did yellow stuff. Time will tell if these start vibrating again. Anyone considering this upgrade, so far, I'm very happy and the difference is noticable

We've been running Blue and Yellow stuff in our cars since 2022. Great performance pads. If you haven't already, take a look at EBC's bed-in procedure in order to get the most our of their performance: How To Bed-In Your EBC Brakes For Street Or Track Use - EBC Brakes Bearing mind that, with brand new pads, you should always SEAT IN the pad/rotor before attempting the BED IN procedure. That is... only after you gently wear the pad/rotor into an even smooth mating contact should you attempt the high-temp BED IN.

Great to hear. Thanks for the suggestions, will definitely follow those instructions. These pads change the character of the car. Can feel downshifts when braking much more due to the pads grabbing the disc better. Stability and VDC more noticable. None of that is a problem. Helps me know these pads are doing there thing

I swapped out my pads for EBC red stuff shortly after I bought the car. It was still new so I didn't touch the rotors.
Like you, the brakes have more bite and power than OEM. So far so good.

Curious what you think about the bluestuff pads, noisy? Lots of brake dust? Any bite when cold? I have a front set in my garage but never installed them.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Bluestuff is a great compound for road cars that also see track time. Actually, even if you don't plan on doing track days but do run your brakes hard, like regularly slicing and dicing steep canyon passes, or any other road duty where you want top performance under repeated heavy braking... it's not a bad choice. Because it's an organic compound, it has great coefficient of friction when cold. Can't say that about the semi-metallics we used to run back in the days.

About the only downside is the prodigious amount of brake dust produced. I would wash my car on Sunday, and sometimes by Wednesday the wheels are covered with visible brake dust. That is a common trait of just about all high performance brake pads. You'll have to be at peace with frequent cleaning. At least the dust isn't corrosive, like metallics, that will etch on your wheels if you don't wash them off quickly.

All brake pads are a compromise. You'll have to decide what is more important to you... and what you're willing to live with.

so, 500 miles in vibrayion is back. did bedding process, stjll vibrates. for now im just going to deal with because it definitely has much better bite and feel. pads do dust Lot as well. however, recently did graphene treatment to rims, dust doest rrally stick to rim az much. i would say maybe the dust that builds up is about thd same as OEM if not better.

So, Brakes are finally fixed, and this time it looks like its truly resolved. Short story is brand new OEM rotors all around and PowerStop Z23 pads. I personally scrubbed the hubs and removed all rust and torqued all related bolts to proper spec. Cleaned caliper areas were pads sit and lubed back of pads only. Zero vibration, a plus is braking feels similar to stock without the sponge feel. This is good because the yellow stuff pads had a more aggressive compound as a result it seemed to interfere with emergency braking. Had alot of unintended abrupt stops. Very little dust. And no visible pad prints on the disc which yellow stuff did a lot. All parts from Rock Auto came up to about $600.
