Bad do not use earnhardt's auto body

in nov. 21b i had a mishap with my 22 stinger gt2.it was flatbedded ti EARNHARDT'S AUTO BODY SHOP I N GILBERT AZ.the steering rack&right knuckle had to be replaced.at this time parts were scarce.iwas told that day they had to order it and it was back ordered 6-8 wks.iasked if i found one could they get it as long as it was original and was told YES.that day i got on comp. and found 2 in the U S.one in fla and one in r i.i called fla and he said they had it in stock.i asked if they could sell it to EARNHARDT and was told yes.i called EARNHARDT and told them and was told there's was due in the next week.i called kia in calif and was told there was none due into country and not even a build date.called EARNHARDT and asked where they were getting it from now knowing there were't any anywhere other than what i found.asked them to get the one from fla as my insurance was paying for it.the said no as they would have one in invortory and they are to expensive. i called my insurance and they went round and round for 2 wks.they finally got the one in fla and installed it.they had the car for34 days.they never even got the one they supposedly ordered from kia as of last month 4-22.i think this says it all
