Bad Dealer Scratched Part of Rotors

Hello all. Hoping to get some clarity on this from the Stinger community. With 10k miles on the car, I experienced the dreaded warped rotors/pad issue. Haven’t tracked it and never will. I took it into the dealer and inquired about fixed and they ultimately decided to replace the pads/machine the rotors for free. However, when I picked up the vehicle today, I noticed scratch marks on the inner part of each rotor (some worse than others). I brought it up to the dealer and the technician basically said it was normal since their machine grabs the rotors so tightly and the brakes are big. We went back and forth with myself arguing they need to do something about it. Issue has been escalated but the service manager said the same thing.

My question has anyone had the same experience at a Kia dealership and is this normal? Photos attached.

I think you'll find that the discs were sent out for machining and were probably stacked during transport ( thus that style of damage ).

You can push the issue but all I can say is good luck ! The best you'll likely get is that they'll take your wheels off clean the areas and apply some black paint. If they fitted NEW rotors and they had that damage, then you'd have something.
