That BEF makes things different for sure, I had to scale back my FF to 22 per Terry and update my BEF because I was over-boosting and going into limp mode. After the new flash I am on e65 and in map 4 the rear wheels are spinning at 55-60 mph now.View attachment 85169went right in the spot someone had mentioned bms recommended and it’s a perfect spot. The circle in the plastic is about the same diameter as the base of the injector holder.
I under sized the hole to 8mm and let the tap do the work. Didn’t just send the tap all the way thru would slowly tap further and further till the injector caught a threads.
It’s fairly thick, a good 5-6 threads. Sealed with e6000 like a methanol nozzle, went heavy with it. It’s very tight and snug and logs show holding 20psi flat between boost 1 and 2 so no leaks.
Some hate on the fb stinger groups but I ran a dpi methanol system for 60+k on a plastic manifold in my Audi b8 A4 no issues.
I did find the 4 screws for the ev14 to -an fitting top came loose from bms. Loaded with blue locktite and started tighten. If tighten too far the injector harness can’t slide on and the top sits crooked so tried to find the tightest can go without that happening. I plugged in the wiring harness then tightened a bit more.
No leaks when using to the prime function under wmi settings page but car shuts off from the added fuel without misfire
Seems be working well was able to up the boost to 20psi across the board and where previously I was getting highs pressure fuel drops I’m now adding pressure. Running their default settings in the install guide terry reviewed the logs and said looks good
Holy torque
Flat 20lbs thru all of 3rd and 4th with just intakes, denso colder plugs, jb4 w/fuel wires and ewg wires and now cpi.
Sometimes throw a p0174 code (lean bank 2) on e40 which terry said can ignore and gets corrected in a BEF
For the money spent might be the best bang for the buck and probably close to 500whp with 2 bolt ons, f*ck the fb haters
Are you saying the e85 reading in the JB4 app should show the same as the Fuel-It app? curious now for sure. Thank you. After about one day the analogue output of the analyzer (white wire on pin 4) stopped working after a day and now just seems scaled down a third from the real reading in fuel it.
Terry/bms/fuel it have sent me a new analyzer as all settings and wiring appear correct for this to fail in about 24 hours is likely () a bad analyzer
Will update once get new analyzer and install it.
For anyone with about $1000 wondering if should go fmic or cpi I would recommend cpi on stock intercooler and save some money as the gains you’ll see from a fmic are nominal compared to cpi
Gas mileage has been worse so far on this custom map 6 I made but it’s hard not to be heavy footed lmaoView attachment 85170View attachment 85173
if make a e85 gauge the white wire from the sensor should give a signal to the jb4 equal to the fuel it app. Can sen I was around 31-32 between the 2 next day it just says 12 on e85 gauge in jb4 when was 32 the day before, no apparent correlationAre you saying the e85 reading in the JB4 app should show the same as the Fuel-It app? curious now for sure. Yeah I thought the JB4 would read the ethanol content and display it in the JB4 app.Th

They did the day beforeAre you saying the e85 reading in the JB4 app should show the same as the Fuel-It app? curious now for sure. Thank you.
So after talking to Terry, I guess yeah the JB4 for ethanol content is supposed to register inside the JB4 app. I backtracked mine from the pin all the way to the fuse panel and I don’t have 12 V in my white wire anywhere. So I’m waiting for Terry to respond to me again today to see what the deal is.They did the day before
Did a new analyzer fix your issue? I have the same. Thank you. After about one day the analogue output of the analyzer (white wire on pin 4) stopped working after a day and now just seems scaled down a third from the real reading in fuel it.

Still waiting to arrive.Did a new analyzer fix your issue? I have the same. Thank you.
I have that turned on and I am seeing this under connection diagnostics if I let it run, but zero movement on my ethanol content change in the JB4. Fuel it is 63 and JB4 is 32. I am hoping Terry will have something for me.Still waiting to arrive.
In fuel it app make sure your analogue output is on and should only see 5v not 12
So Burger and Fuel-it! think it’s a bad DAC. Supposed to send me a new one. I get 0 volts from white wireOr are you having BT issues with all those devices looks like a debug/log page
Weird like we ordered from the same batch. I was going to measure voltage on pin 4 too but they shipped it and said they’d just test it themselves. Seems like im getting some output. So Burger and Fuel-it! think it’s a bad DAC. Supposed to send me a new one. I get 0 volts from white wire
Seems like my ek1 is going to beat it here lol I’m about to ask for tracking my ek1 is expected tomorrow
