I have the Stillen Chin Spoiler on my 2022 Scorpion and it's pulling the Front Facia apart at the lower Grille.

The car is my daily driver and can see anywhere from 20-80 miles of 80-90 MPH sustained speeds and this is causing the problem. I don't believe the part was tested at these high speeds for this long. A few days ago on a closed course I ran for 10 miles at 140 MPH and the Spoiler pulled the Facia tabs apart at the grille.

Let's see some creative ways to stop this problem.

Thanks in advance!

Note that I did not hit anything, ever. I've noticed that the tabs were partially exposed and would push it back together on occasion. I need to come up with a more permanent solution instead of snapping my car back together every time I park after sustained higher speed.

Even with reinforcement tabs on my splitter, it still pulled the tabs out. One way to fix it would be to get those splitter holder rods that attach up to the bumper.

While not as severe as yours, I had the same issue. While I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if they ever need to take apart the trim for whatever reason, I ended up putting a bit of super glue to hold it together and I haven't had any issues but haven't been past 85-90mph since doing it.

You're not the first person with this problem, i recall reading a story of a guy in Dubai running the same lip and this happened to him while driving high speed in the desert. All you can really do is look for ways to strengthen it with screws or something, or you have to mount splitter supports to the bumper and the lip like this:
