Car shakes under throttle. What could be the cause?

I'm still waiting for a manager to approve the warranty repair. Assuming it is approved on Monday, it will take 4-5 business days for it to come in after ordering and a day or two for installation and whatever diag stuff they have to do (service manual talks about copying learned data from old unit to load into new unit). I'll post up whatever info I can get.

I got a 2023 Hyundai Ionia 5 SE AWD loaner. 320hp and 446 ftlbs. So far it doesn't feel like it but it is about 430 pounds heavier than my GTS.

Any update on this? Having the same issue last few months, having the front diff fluid changed soon and will have them check the front axles, driveshaft and transfer case “.

They replaced the transfer case and the front differential. No change. I took my daughter's GoPro and mounted it in the wheel wells as I drove. I heard clicking on the passenger side. I ended up ordering a CV axle directly from South Korea for half the price it would have cost here. I had the dealership put it in and that resolved the issue. Sigh.

That’s what I am thinking it is for me too, front CV axles. I get some noise at full lock turn from the front driver side and I wiggled both sides by hand recently and they have some in/out play on the inner CV side but I’m not sure what is considered normal range of play..

Glad to hear you were able to figure it out and got a new front diff and transfer case out of it too.

I’ve had this car since it was new in 2019, lowered for over 3 years on ARK GT-f springs, perfect alignment, never any vibrations.. Over the winter i started experiencing that shaking/vibration from the front end while accelerating between 30-60mph. Put new tires on few months ago and it got better but have been noticing it coming back lately, a lot more in comfort mode. Pulled the Awd fuse few weeks ago and it was smooth.
