Can you explain, If the tuner offers faster petal response, then why does it not make the car faster? Side note, I have $1000 of items in my cart that I cant wait to purchase I am just out of money. Lol
So you are saying that using the BMS pedal tuner, I would trigger the kickdown even though my foot is only halfway down? Is there a way to go WOT with the pedal tuner but without using the kickdown?

All the Pedal Tuner does is give you the ability to change the sensitivity of the gas pedal. For example, you push the gas pedal down 25% of the way to the floor, and the ECU thinks you pushed the pedal down 50%. It just make the pedal more "touchy", and well, the car more fun to drive!
Especially for my fellow 2.0 owners, this thing is a God send. Not having to push the pedal damn near to the floor, for it to drop gears and get up and go, has made daily driving sooooo much more fun.
Is this a worthwhile modification, or a toy if you get bored of quickly? I’m considering ordering one prior to the JB4 as it does look like a lot of fun...Or does it wear off quickly?that question....Also does it Enhance launch at all?
It won't help launch control since it just maps a higher throttle percentage than what you input. So when you have the pedal to the floor during launch control, it'll just map 100% throttle, which is what you're already doing without the tuner.
I don't have one so I can't comment on whether or not you'll get bored of it quickly. However, as with all things, if you use it often enough, you'll get used to it and it may not seem quite as exciting. That said, if you got used to it, you'd probably hate going back to stock lol.

It's one of those fun mods that doesn't really add any power/performance. But it's inexpensive, easy to install, and we rarely ever get any returns on them. People love the adjustability.

Few more questions. Does the tuner work with the throttle body the same as the Sprint Booster? They claim you and others are a cheap knockoff. Do you offer a graph to compare settings? Any warranty? Thanks again Rob
All BMS products include a 5 year warranty on the part itself. Yes effectively the same as the Sprint Booster and 100s of other products that all connect to the gas pedal and do the exact same thing. No we don't have a "graph" to visualizse the scaling. But the scaling is so adjustable it would be pointless anyway. Anyway buy both and return the one you like the least. As I said we rarely get these back because they are so much fun.

Okay just installed the pedal tuner and I've got problems. it seems like it's in limp mode the check engine light is on and says check forward-collision avoidance assistance system and the throttle is hardly even there when I press on the gas. I have the GT2
So I use the jb4 to check the code and it is definitely something wrong P2138 which is a voltage issue with the pedal I removed the bms pedal tuner cleared the code on back to normal again. Anybody had issues like this did I do something wrong on installation or calibration?
Yeah this is exactly what I did I unplugged it all cleared the code turn the car back off reinstalled it turn the car back on went through the calibration process again and then turned the car off then turned it back on now it works now I feel the difference and no check engine lights. Me like!!!
Funny you say that I accidentally filled my tank full with 91, I was going to only fill it 3/4 of the way and the rest with e85. I thought great that's going to take a long time it only took part of the day. I went through a quarter of a tank in short order.
