Not a premium sales experience for a premium car.

One of my local service techs knows more about the vehicle and its features than the Berwyn sales folks. If you're reading this review in this forum then you have probably done your homework and know enough about the vehicle's features to not need the sales folks assistance anyway.

This dealer had the car with the specs and in the one of the colors that I wanted. The price looked good. I bought my new GT2 AWD in February via internet. The internet email exchanges were actually very good and timely including prices and pictures.

We agreed on a price and appointment time. I arranged to drive down two hours from WI, pay, drive it home.

It wasn't ready, needed a wash, needed gas (they ended up filing it with regular instead of premium). They didn't install the SDHC nav card, did not remove a number of internal and external plastic protective sheets, didn't spot a damaged wheel and tire (they eventually paid to replace the tire, they paid to repair but not replace the wheel). They withheld WI sales tax and DMV fees but eventually ended up refunding most (but not all) to me later. They had at least four different versions of the price and I ended up paying about $150 over what we had initially agreed to.

I would advise that you choose another dealer.
