Just a FYI thing:

Something I'll have Kia take a look at .. the two switches to either heator cool the seats in 3 levels. 3 of 4 directions work fine ... the switch does a proper klick and switches .. but on my driver side, pushing it towards cooling is crappy. Doesn't properly "klick", is spongy and won't switch positions .. only if I push it with real force wil it do that. It's useless for blind, proper pressure operation atm.

I've noticed this as well, but it's the passenger one for me. I'm debating on disassembling it, but it doesn't really bother me enough since it's not the driver side one. :P

either way, i would get them looked at. just for the fact that it is a new car, and the more information dealers get about little problems like this means that they will be corrected in the future. but, as a side note, does anybody ever turn on the seat heater for the significant others when they aren't looking? i think i have done it several thousand times and it stills makes me laugh. some cars you can roast a turkey on the seat instantly, while others take awhile to heat up. either way, i always do it in the middle of summer. it's starting to get hot in florida. wonder why the mrs won't drive with me anymore.

Kia ordered the part, will be replaced in my car.
