[AU Recall] Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe

Gday guys.

Is there anyone here who knows exactly what is required for these works?

I have noticed that the hard plastic mount that sits above the FW and directly under the windscreen has a mount that is broken.

I looked into this because I have noticed an odd resonance / rattle that is occurring at 1000-1200RPM......but it only occurs when the vehicle is moving (any gear/speed....but only between 1000-1200RPM).

I don;t know what is causing the rattling.......but would this piece have been removed to perform this recall (I assume it was)
