Really unfortunate that you got scammed by Chris on this exhaust (some of the others who also bought the same exhaust found out later on too), it's available on alibaba through JTLD for less brand new, (depends where you're shipping to in the US but you get the point). GLWS though!

Hmmm. I see the similarities, but there are some differences. But, those are stock photos and they may ship with minor differences.

Also, the imprint on my mufflers and controller box aren't JTLD. Again, I'm sure that can be done after the fact.

Lastly, my shipping label was from Korea. Could that be faked? Sure. Is it worth getting busted by customs? Nope.

All that to say, I may have been scammed. But this is still a legit titanium exhaust (I took a magnet to the whole thing and it is ridiculously light).

Yea for larger quantities/increased charge, they are able to laser engrave whatever logo/concept you like before shipment. Similar exhausts are made for valvetronic/valvemaster/etc in the BMW community, very commonly done (notice how most of the popular titanium BMW exhaust brands don't post a SINGLE fabrication video or state that they're made in the US). Chris was called out for what he did and all chris would do is block whoever would call him out. It's a dope exhaust for sure.

Is this exhaust still available? Does this use its own electronic valve control module or does this hook up directly to the OEM system found in the 2022+ year models?

Yes. It has its own control module that powers the valves. I don't know that you could tap into the same circuit as the OEM controls.

I believe the valve swap would work the same way, just replacing the actuators themselves, should be the same. The only issue for 22+ is the different diffuser meaning the tips wont line up right without custom titanium work.
