I've read lots of glowing reviews for both.

Naturally I lean towards the ark because I heard they feel exactly like stock and don't seem to have as big of a drop vs the eibach.

I'm looking for something that is as compliant with bad roads like stock, handle as good or better, reduce wheel well gap without making the car a chore to drive around speed bumps and underground parking lot ramps ..

Thanks in advance for your input .

I have AWD with Ark springs and am very happy with the setup.

Can you please post some pics?

Did you install yourself?

How big was the drop?

Here are some very dirty before and after pics (springs were installed in January)

Dealer installed them for $350

Drop was very close to 1" all the way around.20190110_170559.webp 20190110_170612.webp 20190122_170204.webp 20190122_170214.webp

Wow the dealer installed? They didn't say anything about voiding the warranty of the struts?

Looks just like stock, it does not even look lowered.

I don't mean that in a bad way because I have terrible roads were I am at. The ebaich seemed way lower than these.

Hos is the ride? In person can you tell the difference on the car being lowered when you first did it? Its hard to tell by the pics

Struts don't usually get replaced under warranty since they are a wearable part anyway, so it wasn't discussed. Lowering the car only an inch still leaves the strut in their operating range so it shouldn't cause any issues.

Roads here in Indy are horrible too, which is why I went Ark instead of Eibach as well. The pictures make it hard to tell the drop because my photography skills are lacking, but it is noticeable in person. The service techs always comment how they love the look of it every time I pull into the dealership.

I love the ride. In comfort, it is still smooth. I haven't had much of an opportunity to push the car in corners since it is just now getting warm here, but it is definitely a little flatter.

That's exactly why I went with Ark. To the untrained eye, it's not noticeable, but it does have the improvement to handling.

Are those the ARK GT-F Springs? I was considering them for my 2018 along with rear sways. The 2019 has been riding so good that I haven't felt the need to do anything to it. I already have the rear sway bar so I'm going to install at some point but I just love how smooth the new car rides, haven't had any bumps that have thrown the rear end like it used to on the 2018 while driving on the same roads I use for my commute daily. I do think a slight drop would be good and the GT-F looks to be the one to go with. How long have you had them?

2019 rides different?

Based on my experience with the 2018 I had and the 2018 my buddy currently has, it certainly feels more buttoned down. When we were changing the front pads (and was going to do the rear sway bar), I commented that the car felt betterment road and had not exhibited the same sort of rear hop that led me to purchase the rear bar. He took it for a spin then took his out and commented that it did feel different to him as well. That is what led me to not install the rear sway bar at that time and over the past couple of months of driving, I don’t have that feeling that the rear was hopping on mid corner bumps.

That is interseting. Has anybody confirmed that there are different part numbers?

I literally just got my Ark lowering springs installed yesterday, I will +1 for them feeling like stock during normal driving. When you push them you can feel they are stiffer and there is less body roll, also the road I take to my work is fairly bad and bumpy. In comfort mode I don't feel any difference in ride quality going over the bumps so I am happy I went with Ark.

Thanks for that. I tested the car on a curve that I would normally get the rear end dance on the 18, it moved a bit but nothing like before to have me concerned. However, if the sway bar fixes that completely, then I'm good as is. I might consider the springs later.

Looking at those picture it doesn't really look lowerred at all and still showed a little bit of rake.

Maybe the eibachs are a better choice.

Out of topic but Sways are better first mod compared to springs. If sways on soft are not good enough then go for spring.
