Are some Stingers more quiet inside than others?

First time I've heard that complaint and I've been on forums for months along with Facebook. Sounds like an individual problem. Warranty. My GT2 is very quiet considering it's not a rolling sofa.
Thanks for the reply. I haven't seen this concern listed anywhere else either, and I'm glad that it isn't a common problem with the car. I will take it back to the dealer and hopefully they can resolve the issue.

While I agree it's probably something they can fix, you aren't the only one with it. My GT1 with a 10/17 build date has the same issue on/by the driver side window, though I have to be driving at around 60-65mph before I start noticing it. I also get something from the back from time to time, passenger side rear window, but that one has been harder to pin point or "blame" on anything. Neither have really bugged me that much compared to other issues I've had with my Stinger.

This thread is also the first time I've read about noise cancellation, thats definitely news to me and I haven't noticed it really getting all that quiet. I wouldn't be surprised if it was another feature removed in the US for whatever the reason was all the other features were removed from our cars here.

@soxfan77 If they're able to fix it let us know, I'm curious as to what they'd have to do since I haven't really bothered to look into it on mine or go to a dealership over it.

The noise is fine with my ride.

Noticed mine seems a little louder than a 4/18 build I test drove in August, mine is a 1/18 build. What I also hear is a rubbing sound from the window which I figured out is actually the glass not fully closed. When I pull the level up it move up and back down slightly, none of the others do that. Not sure if that is the cause but it sounds like a bit more wind noise at highway speed, around town you can’t tell much difference.

Not happy with mine, regarding road noise. By now I have around 16k on it after 5 month of ownership and lately drive train noises are getting apparent.
I have a GT2 with the Michelin 4s'.

Maybe it's because the 'honeymoon' is over and I'm starting to find small flaws in this 'relationship'? The noise sounds like drive line component bearings are having issues.

There is a very audible humming noise with a destinct 'per revolution' characteristic going on between 30 and 65 mph which I can coax away briefly by very slight steering manouvers and changing the loading of components in the suspension and drivetrain slightly. I don't think it's tire noise (though they are getting near the wear marks) as it sound far more mechanical than that.

I'll report it to my dealer today while at service and will re-evaluate things when I get new tires at my next oil change.

No way to say without hearing it, but tires do get quite a bit louder when they get near their end of life

Got mine today .. drove over the Autobahn a bit .. feels like it’s louder from the back ... at 130-150 km/h
Should be 90-110mph ?
My 2.0 came with 19" Continental tires.

Besides the occasional creak from the sunroof. I find it the quietest of all the cars I’ve owned. A relative owns a model 3... and the road noise is way louder ironically. Not just the lack of engine noise, but wind / tire is much louder.
