Anyone have similar transmission issues?

This happens to me in my 2.0 engine in Auto Transmission. I have to ease the gas paddle to make it respond.

I have a 2020 stinger gt2 with almost same type of problem only in sport and custom mode the transmission does not down shift like it hangs up and high rev took to dealer twice once to take service manger for a ride and back for them to look for codes and check software no codes and software is up to date so now they got to ask tech line next step to do love the car just hate the transmission problems
