I did some IG stalking on your behalf. The vinyl used is called "Matte Iced Blue Titanium" made by KPMF

Yes it is a refresh.The new Stinger 20's back ends look like this but the indicators are not sequential like the ones in US or Korea. They solidly blink which is a tad disappointing.
Some of the guys on facebook have sequential indicators but that's because they have connections and ordered them from Korea.

The US refresh taillights don't have sequential turn signals either.

So far, only the Koreans, as far as I can tell. It was just last week or so that the first refresh buyers became members of the forum and alerted us (or at least me) that sequential turn signals are not coming to the US market.
