Funny thing is, I bought a 2020 CPO Stinger, never saw these issues since I never went over 60 mph on the test drive. The brakes I understand but they told me an alignment and balance were done since new tires were put on. After driving home almost 5 hours from the dealership (don't live close to a big city) I realized the steering wheel is off by about 3-4 degrees to the left and it lightly vibrates above 60 mph. Waiting to hear back from the dealer so I can get reimbursed to redo the balance and alignment by me. At least it's not a massive issue and can be fixed.

Believe it or not, the dealership I bought the CPO Stinger from is going to reimburse me for an alignment, balance, and rotor resurfacing for the front brakes. Since I’m 5 hours from them they are allowing me to do it at a local Kia Dealership. Highly recommend Moritz Kia in Dallas Fort Worth area since they have been very easy to work with.
So I didn’t even get to test drive my car and I got it from car max last December. I was just pressed to have the car cause it literally was the only car that checked off everything I wanted. So I said fxck it. Noticed it but ain’t pay attention til after 30 days and since I was outside of the brakes warranty for the 12 months, I took the car to be service. None of the mechanics knew of the solution, just the problem. But I went in to get the rotors resurfaced to now see that it’s really the pads. So I’m going to go up there and have a talk with them. Cause I was told that they were “bedded properly” and have no vibration (service was done a couple of months ago).
I was going to get aftermarket rotors and pads anyway. But from what I’m reading, this still can be an issue but less likely with aftermarket parts or euro pads, correct?

"Bedded properly", talk is cheap. If YOU can rebed the pads and the vibrating braking goes away, then the rotors are fine: just get new pads on there. The Euro spec and a variety of aftermarket pads work 99% of the time to eliminate braking vibration. If YOU cannot eliminate the braking vibration by rebedding then the rotors have deposits on them (or possibly even areas of cementite: if the latter, the rotors are screwed and you will need new ones). You could try resurfacing the existing rotors, but that could be throwing good money after bad and you'll end up getting new rotors anyway. Good luck.

If you're doing the work yourself, try swapping the pads and see if that's sufficient. If paying a shop, then might as well have them do pads and rotors while they're at it. Don't want to pay them labor twice.

okay, cool. i've been looking around for best pricing but they show it doesnt fit the vehicle. I think someone mentioned that earlier in this post but just setting expectations if it's something i have to f**k with.

If you do not want to buy aftermarket pads (which I strongly suggest), ask them to get you european spec pads. Part numbers are front: 58101J5A55 and rear 58302J5A55
The problem is only a issue with the US pads, they also have a different part number therefore a different supplier.

So I actually put my pads on yesterday and after bedding them. It was a good drive the first time. After the second, vibrating started to mildly come back. I’m going to try it out again today but I’m sure that I’ll just need to replace the rotors too. This is 4k miles after having them resurfaced. The bottom spot is from spraying it with brake cleaner but the top left (along with a few smaller ones not noticeable in the pic) look like heat spots. So back to the shudders & vibrations.
But the old pads were dirty like someone drove through a dirt road.
