Naturally, logically, usefully, absolutely. But KIA did not install that kind of functionality. I've replaced aftermarket sensors a couple or three times - iirc one was new and crapped out on me and got replaced under warranty. So far, all eight OEM TMPS sensors are still sailing along, at least as far as I know. We have OEM on the Premium, five years old. But my OEM sensors for the GT1 are sitting on the shed shelves until winter comes. They are well over 6.5 years old, so probably when I put the wheels back on at least one of them could be kaput.I'm not sure, haven't had one die yet, that's why I was asking. Makes much more sense to let the offender drop off vs. nuking all four.
