Hello!
Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but after some searching I haven't seen anyone confirm/deny this.
If I get wheels with aftermarket TPMS, will swapping the wheels from my summer setup to winter set up be a pain in the ass? Will I need to have them reprogrammed every time? Or once the aftermarket ones are synced, it will be as if they are OEM (freely swappable and will auto sync after a few miles of driving).
I ordered some wheels from Fitment Industries and they giving me the hard sell on aftermarket TPMS (they would come preinstalled and the tires would come mounted and balanced). They are a little more than OEM ones, but it would save me the hassle/money of needing to have a tire shop install OEM ones if I went that route. I just don't want the aftermarket ones to cause me trouble and then me needing to get OEM ones anyway.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
