A little 0-60mph action :)

the first 0-60 i timed at 3.68, the second 4.56

pretty impressive!

Curious to see what it actually runs once they record with a dragy.

The 3.72 was me using OBD Fusion. The app is very consistent but can't vouch for accuracy yet. Data logs and the video timer also show 0-60 at around 4 seconds but that .3 is hard to pick out with 1 second increment timers. I have also used the Torque app which is really bad and inconsistent for 0-60. Yes, flat road. And i do have a Dragy on the way.
For comparison, when i had a race chip i ran 4.48 0-60. (and a 12.78 1/4 mile)
When i had Tork Tune stage 1 tune (w no intakes) i ran 4.23 0-60 (and a 12.44 1/4 mile)
Now with Tork beta tune 1+ and FMIC, and JT intakes 3.72 0-60 and looking like i should run 12.1X to 12.2 1/4 mile based on 60 foot and 330 foot times.

Butt dyno - going from stock to RaceChip was moderately noticeable. Going from RaceChip to Tork Tune was equally noticeable jump. Going from Tork Tune 1 to 1+ with intakes and fmic was a much bigger jump, way faster as the numbers also suggest. So Butt dyno is in line with the OBD Fusion and 1/4 mile times. :)

Just curious about the FMIC, during normal every day driving scenarios do you notice any additional lag due to the size? Also, if you can see your coolant temps have they changed at all? I've thought about that FMIC but I'm worried what it might do the the radiator's capabilities in high traffic summer driving

Edit: I misread your post. I thought you had the JT FMIC as well. Rereading it it looks like you have the Tork FMIC right?

I believe he has the Ultimate Performance FMIC on the vehicle and it wont be coolant temps that would be changing. It would be air temp.

I know that  but in the FiST community what we found was that, when a much larger than stock intercooler was installed (I was thinking JT when I wrote the message) then it cut off too much flow to the radiator and an aftermarket radiator was required too.

Ahh yes in the sense of blockage of wind to the radiator yes I see where your question comes into play lol. Tonka also bought the JT FMIC but ended up selling it because of how big it was and how much of the FMIC was hidden behind the crashbar.

need to hit track, when will go to the drag strip and test your new time?

Our track just closed up here in the Pacific Northwest. Dragy 0-60 next week. No 1/4 miles till March

No lag at all. And yes its the ultimate fmic so not that big.

I love seeing Tork figuring out launch control!!!

Here is my dragy 0-60 4.24. OBD fusion was about a half second optimistic.
Ran 4.24 on the same piece of road using auto hold and launch control. So LC is still rather worthless.
Ran a 4.15 but a little too much slope to get the valid rating. Dragy does vary by more than 100% on its slope readings on the same exact piece of road.
The place i ran a 4.15 i also ran a few 4.24s and 4.25s so i think a 4.1X is certainly commimg.
