Just like ya don’t get a trophy for finishing 4th,5th,6th etc. I don’t think rewarding stupidity helps anyone. In fact our government started a program a couple years ago whereby they started giving all the stupid people a special medicine. And now we are seeing an unusually high death rate among those that received their special medicine. So you see stupidity is simply not rewarded at any level.
