2019 Stinger wipers not turning on…

I just realized today that my wipers are not working. I tried all positions including mist but no joy. I tried the wiper washer and it pumps the fluid but the wipers don’t activate to wipe the window. I checked both fuses under the hood and both look fine.

Ima going to guess that it's in the switch/selector. But it could be anything. If you have rain-sensing wipers that just complicates the possibilities. I don't like rain-sensing wipers. That's needlessly "trick" to me.
