$20K OBO
Black interior, factory staggered 19” wheels
Single Owner, meticulously maintained, no issues, clean title in hand, etc.
Background: I purchased this car new in November of 2018 (it’s a 2019, the first one on the lot). My plan was to build some sort of a track car once the warranty was up, and my wife has drove this as a commuter car for the last 5.5 years. I installed springs, subframe collars/brace, spoiler, vinyl roof wrap, fog lights, wrapped the reflectors, tinted some light lenses, window tint, etc. (anything I thought wouldn’t freak out a dealer if I needed a warranty claim) around 50k miles. Sometime after that I swapped out the downpipes and put new BOVs and CAI on, and installed JB4 with appropriate spark plugs, fuel wires, etc. The car has just rolled over 100k, and is at the point where I planned to really build it. I have the full WMI kit that’s installed but not currently wired up or on a relevant tune. All factory/stock parts are included, and can be put back on at buyer’s request.
Why would I sell it now, isn’t that a red flag? Simply because 3 car seats were not in the original plan…..
I’ve bought and sold plenty of used “modded” cars, and I understand that not a single person is likely to believe that a car with performance mods hasn’t been driven hard, hasn’t been launched, hasn’t been to a track, etc. but this one hasn’t. Too bad it doesn’t have a black box to vouch for my story, but your welcome to bring your own mechanic and come take a look, top to bottom. Talk is cheap (who would buy a car like this and not have fun??), but it has never been dragged, never touched a track, never even timed. For what it’s worth, I fully planned to have fun in it, and would admit to anything done, but it literally just rolled over the 100k mark (warranty up, now we can try to break it). I considered making it all stock again to get people to trust its miles, but decided to see if anyone would appreciate the work done so far and want it as is or to continue the project.
100% of its miles are by my wife, a nanny, back and forth to clients’ houses and transporting their children. I prioritized reliability, and didn’t do anything I thought would jeopardize its warranty or reliability. No leaks, perfect interior, looks 98% as good as the day it left the lot. Only thing I can think of is that on a hot day with the car warmed up, the oil pressure light will occasionally flicker on. There is no actual drop in oil pressure (feel free to verify), and the oil pressure sensor is a common issue on these cars. I haven’t got around to replacing it yet. An aggressive pressure washer took off about a 1” patch of the roof vinyl wrap, that I know have covered with a sticker until I get it re-wrapped. No paint damage. I can guarantee you won’t find a better car with 100k miles. It’s fully paid off, and I’ve contemplated storing it for the future (especially with them being discontinued), but it might as well get sold now while it’s in great shape. For what it’s worth, in reference to its condition, I have a pile of trophies and plaques from it winning its class at many shows.
The closest thing to an accident it’s had was when my wife clipped a raccoon one night, that cracked a couple of the tabs that hold the lower grill flush, but I swapped out the entire bumper cover and grille, oem parts, brand new. The only slight scuffs I can find are at the bumper/fender seam, on the silver trim piece inside, and on one window’s tinting (see pics). Some of fiber/cloth underliner panels were sagging or must have drug at some point, so I cut part of it off. There is currently no extra front lip on the car, but will go with the car (it’s installed in some of the pictures).
Jun B.L. downpipes, Jonny Tig Intake, Eibach lowering springs, subframe brace and collars, WMI, dual Tial BOVs, StingerHaus spoiler, tinted/wrapped lights/reflectors/windows/roof, vanity things (oil cap, engine bay bracing, brand stickers, jb4/wiring covers, GT2 badge), full Korean “E” swap except steering wheel (wheels, front/rear badges, etc.). Interior completely stock, with plastic floor liners. Includes full set of winter wheels with Blizzak snow tires, driven less than 10k miles. New Pilot Sport 4S on summer wheels as of 3/1, driven since then.
I will swap anything back to stock you want except the suspension. I will include any combination of these parts or mods you want.
I’ll even take opinions, what would you do if you were me? Put it back to bone stock and try to sell it or trade it in? I’m not worried about parting out the mods to make a few extra dollars, I realize I won’t get their value back, I just don’t want to decrease the value of the car.
