Hi, first post here, current '17 Impala V6 owner looking at Stingers. My local dealer shows a financing offer on a '20 GT1 at 0.9% 66 months which I know I'll qualify for. Can I negotiate an OTD price on it, or are financing deals like this offered at MSRP only?

There's no requirement from KMF that it be sold for MSRP to qualify. The terms are on their web site.

"This incentive is a limited time offer on eligible Kia vehicles and may not be combined with other special offers except where specified. Dealer contribution may vary and could affect actual monthly payment."

.. it also states it was valid until 1/2/2020, but I'm sure there's always another deal available.

Not sure where you're located, but they more than likely would start off at MSRP, tack on incentives, and see if you bite. Take a look at the threads here on this sub-thread and see what others have paid for. Also check What did you pay for your Kia Stinger? Also, if you're willing to go through a bit of paperwork hustle, you might want to consider lease-buyout (check sticky).

If you stick with the financing route, you most certainly can negotiate OTD.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever understand the lease buyout process. I've read most of the posts in the sticky and my brain just can't follow all that lingo.

Lease the car. Get a buyout quote from the finance company as soon as the paperwork is processed. Send them a check. Done.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

and potentially pay another set of taxes to buy the lease, depending on state etc etc

@OP I just picked up a 2020 GT1 last week. You can definitely negotiate under MSRP. If you have good credit ask about the Kia cash option instead of taking the .9 for 66 then go to your credit union to refinance it for a lower rate. My deal was 1500 under invoice and over kkb value for my 2017 wrx on trade plus the Kia cash and conquest cash. Could I have done a little better? Perhaps but I was happy with the deal. Don’t fall into the “where do you want your monthly payment” game with the dealership either.
