• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

To all Sydney & Regional area Stinger Owners, has anyone attended a Cars & Coffee meet with their Stinger?
I know they have a big one at the Hubertus Country Club held every second Sunday of the month, & I’m wondering if there are others meets being held.

Well it’s been a over a week since I threw this topic out there, looks like I crashed & burned on this subject, apart from Adam.....lol.

Nah, don’t do FB too old for that, wife does & follows Kia GT Owners.
Never done Cars & Coffee, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea (no pun intended) standing around in a parking lot looking & talking cars.

I'm keen for a group catch up but there's only so much car talk I can take. Would prefer to catch up then head off for a drive.

I've done two Cars and Coffee's in Florida and there are three parts to the event. 1. Talking Stinger stuff with your fellow Stinger owners. 2. Putting your pride and joy on display and talking with non-Stinger admirers. 3. Looking at all the other cars attending the meet. I enjoy all three. Maybe a fourth, enjoying the road trip to get there.

Well most of our pride and joys are pretty much the same lol. I'd get bored then.

I'm registered on their website so will get notified of anything. At this stage there are no upcoming events.

I agree too, sounds like a plan....any ideas?

Well.... A run up Bells line of Road is always nice. Stop at Mt Tomah for a coffee and then either on to Lithgow or Blue Mountains.

Megalong Valley Tearooms is a nice place to stop for lunch in the Blue Mountains.
That’s sounds good, I don’t think we’ve been there
Meet, greet, a run, lunch, chat, Stinger talk, coffee & a run back home....:)

Sounds more inviting than sitting in a car park trying to get random people to admire my car. Lol. ;)

I'll leave that attention seeking adolescent behaviour to the Harley riders. :)

Hahahaha, I like your analogy.

I checked this place out on google maps & website, definitely never been there.
The road if fully sealed looks perfect for the Stinger & the Tea Room menu looks good too, you picked a winner there.......
So who is up for it?

After turning off at Blackheath the road appears to be sealed all the way.

You've just been voted CEO (Chief Event Organiser)
