RaceChip Installation Issue - What's Going On Here?!

Hey RaceChip owners! I have somebody with an issue where they've only got two connectors - A and B - but the installation instructions have three A, B and C. What's the deal? Does he have the wrong set of instructions or is his RaceChip missing a connector?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Possibly the wrong racechip harness. They can tell whether the chip is right by punching the serial number into the app.

There should be three plugs plus the connection where the chip plugs in

Turbo boost
Manifold
Camshaft

There should be three connections A, B and C.

Same thing happened to me. Disappointing. No word from RaceChip and it’s been four days.

I apologize for your hassle. We ship hundreds of packages every day. We have a check by scan system now, but for some reason you must have gotten the wrong cable. If your cable does not state "DM-C7826", you received not the correct cable.
