Does the red interior actually exist????

I have been to several dealers trying to order what is stated on the website that you CAN order...a red Stinger GT2, AWD with RED leather interior. You can build it, but no one can locate it. Personally, I don't care if I have to wait for 3 months to get the car. Does ANYONE know how to order the care if they can't find it in inventory?

I have patiently waited for this care to be released, but the conflicting information an illogical approach to NOT being able to take someone's money to order a car, is unbelievably frustrating. I would appreciate it if anyone has any detail on the infamous red interior situation and how to order. Thank you.

Red interior does exist. I don't know if Kia has built any Red Stingers with red interior, though. I have in person seen red in a Silky Silver GT1 and have seen a few others posted online.

As far as ordering, to my knowledge it isn't possible. You can give a dealership some cash to find you one that meets your specs somewhere in the country, and they'll probably refer to it as an "order" but really they're just searching their database for what's already available or will soon be available.

Lastly, something you may want to consider if you're willing to pay extra (someone else did it and posted pics) have the dealer swap the interior from a non-red car to your red Stinger.

Thank you. Kind of crazy that I can go to the website....build the car....but, pay extra to have the care I want??? Not good customer service. Also, every dealer I talk to tells me a different money factor and lease incentive for a GT2 AWD and they all claim it is THE sponsored offer from Kia Motor Credit. Frustrating.

Red interior does exists. I see it mostly in the Silver/Gray colors.

Thank you. BTW, I just spent the last 90-minutes on with Kia corporate. No one there can tell you how to order a car that you can "build" on the website, but that is not in inventory anywhere. Just crazy. And, the Kia Motor Finance people will not confirm any incentive and Money Factor for leases on the Stinger...they send you to the dealers. Problem is, the three dealers I went to all "claim" the gospel numbers from Kia Motor Finance, but all their numbers and incentives are different.

Can you imagine if you could just make a call or go to a website and get the truthful info in less than a minute? They would sell 40% more vehicles. Thanks guys.

unfortunately, there aren't many car companies that allow you to custom build your car. it is mostly interior options that can be changed. color choices are whats on hand. that is a shame. i think you have to jump several price points before they will custom build a car from the factory. like we don't know what we truly want in a car. as for the red interior, it is a rare bird, but i have seen several glitter farting unicorns racing the mrs in the stinger.

KIA changed the info on their website from time to time, I'm fairly sure that red was not available for the HCR car in the beginning but some weeks ago it changed. There will be more cars forth coming and then the 2019s will drop, I'm waiting until or later then as I want a brown interior but not too sure about the all brown, would have preferred a 2 tone like the red but I'll have to see it in person first.

If I rember correctly this gentilmen on here had red/red. He posted pics on here awhile ago. His car i think was wrecked.

Galpin Kia has a red gt2 w/red interior. That was in late may don’t know if they still have it. I have the ceramic silver w/ red. But I also seen the black w/red. They way u look for it online is u got to Kia.com build then type zip code look for the color that u can build red interior package with. But most cases u won’t see it listed under red interior u would have to look for more info under options package. Cuz mine was listed black.. beat bet to call each dealership around u and ask.
