I just priced both of ours on Edmunds and my '18 GT1 on Kelley Blue Book for comparison. Quite strange. Edmunds found two "offers", CarMax and some unidentified other buyer. CarMax will talk a deal for the '19 Premium of $21,200. The "other" offer is for well under $10K. Why the huge disparity? CarMax will deal at $18,200 for the GT1. The "other" offer is also well under $10K for the GT1. Kelley Blue Book said the range for selling my '18 GT1 privately is over $19K to just over $22K, with a "private party value" of $20,970.
