Hey all,

Purchased a lease 22 Stinger. Was noticing I was getting around 10psi of boost but didn't think much of it. (new to turbo but former supercharger guy). Purchased and installed an intake kit, Tial BOV, and the JB4. Did some test runs last night and still only getting 10psi of boost. I do have have it on map2 and am running 93 in the vehicle. I've searched the forums and see the fuel pump issue but not sure that would be the culprit. Checked for leaks, none.

Any go to area's on the vehicle or someone else had this issue? Thank you.

Just FYI for future logs, don't turn on logging manually, let the JB4 do auto-logging (should activate by default at something like 80% throttle, but if it's off you can find it in the settings). Then you won't have to scroll through hundreds of rows of low/closed throttle.

With that said, for the parts where you're at/near WOT, your fuel pressure (fp_H) looks fine, as do absolute timing (ign1), corrections to the other cylinders (ign2-6), AFR, and temps. I don't remember the exact boost increases the JB4 calls for by map but 4-4.5 psi (Target) sounds right for map 2.

Only thing that looks off is the car's base boost (ecu_psi) which maxes out at 7 psi. I don't think that's a leak, since it's what the ECU is calling for. Have you tried pulling ODBII codes?

Thomby,

Thank you for the response. Through the app at least there are no codes, would I need to purchase a code scanner?

Is the base boost something I could change within the app?

Hello. My vehicle also seems to be like you. Have you found a solution?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Yes, there was a hairline crack in the plastic part of the intercooler. Was not visible to the eye until had the wife do some revs and sprayed soap and water around looking for a leak.
