Purchased a "custom" shift knob for my 22' GT1. That was in January. They said 5 weeks max. At the 5 week mark I emailed them and they said verbatim "we should be finished with production in 2 weeks at the most...we can't wait to get you the finished product!" .. Then silence. At the 10 week mark I emailed them again since they gave me zero updates. They said there waa a delay and offered a partial refund and said "we will hopefully get it to you soon!" .. Then silence again. At this point my patience ran thin given that they kept promising a certain date and then would go silent. Without word, they refunded the entire purchase, without any explanation, without even letting me know, I just got an email saying they were refunding me. Cool. It's the fact that they kept saying it was going to be delivered soon that bothered me. Even if they said "it'll take a few more months, we apologize." I'd be frustrated but would remain patient and completely understand. They wasted 13 weeks of my time with fake promises they couldn't deliver.
 
At least you got your money back. Not like they scammed you.

I never said I was scammed.
Just giving my experience and opinion.
Do with it what you want.

They are telling me same with a center console purchase. I got the shift knob, looks great, but the console would look awesome. They went silent on me now too.
 
Here's an email they sent to all customers

I am reaching out to you personally to apologize for the major delay in the production of your order. This delay is completely unacceptable on our part and we accept full responsibility.

A few months ago, we experienced an unfortunate event at our location that caused us to lose all of our equipment and supplies. We have worked hard to restore all that we have lost, and are ramping up production again.

I'm at 6 months waiting for a wheel as well, and they aren't answering to refund me my money.
