The Kia convertible is here

All three pictures from front 3/4 view, nothing from the side or rear, or with the top up...this thing might look very *unique*

this is a new one? several years ago there was a post about a convertible conversion, I want to say it was a ceramic silver. no pictures of anything but the top down and no rear shots either. my question remains, what happens to the rigidity of the chassis with the roof structure gone? talk about destroying utility by eliminating the hatch. performance and handling has to suffer too.

No, those pictures are from a few years ago. If I remember correctly it was chopped up and displayed by a dealership.

Orlando Kia i believe is who built it years back. Either way it was a dealership in Orlando. They had a performance side as well at the dealership. I cant answer if the dealership still does stuff or not.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Found video of it, including a view of the rear about 3 minutes in. Not bad looking, I was worried it would have awkward proportions. Maybe a little Saab-like from the side.

No idea how the trunk/hatch works, permanently closed off? They also mentioned plans to sell 20 of these for 89-110k depending on options.
