I noticed its at its worse when you ascend a steep driveway at very low speed.
For some reason this platform won't let me send videos and i don't know how to reduce it. May give it another crack when this monsoon dies down in a day or two.I would love to hear this mystery noise.
Well that rattle isn't increasing with wheel speed or engine rpm. Here is the audio:

The car sounds like a clunker. It's embarrassing lol. This has been bugging me recently too. I'm fairly certain it has always been there.
I'm getting my drivetrain fluids all changed this weekend and I'll see if it makes a difference. The car is approaching 5 years old now so
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the rubber parts were starting to wear out.
Thanks DJ for the tip.I would love to hear this mystery noise.

Sent the video to Kia they're going to look at it and do the job they should have done two weeks ago. Can't get to Sydney for 3 weeks so all will be revealed later. I'll post the findings.Sounds to me like it's a loose heat shield rattling against something.
Jack the car up, get under it, and start banging on the shields and stuff to see if you can find a loose one.Sent the video to Kia they're going to look at it and do the job they should have done two weeks ago. Can't get to Sydney for 3 weeks so all will be revealed later. I'll post the findings.
The noise is activated by small amounts pressure on the accelerator at low speeds, once you get over 40kph it stops. I don't think its anything loose.Jack the car up, get under it, and start banging on the shields and stuff to see if you can find a loose one.
Lets try this @Kia Stinger or @SalIt may make sense to move this thread to @drivetrain. Does anyone know how to do this?
