i recently used a company with 5 stars, hundreds of reviews, for some hvac work at my home. 4 different trips, different technicians each time, crappy workmanship, and in the end they have to replace the whole thing.
just saying i guess that you cant always go by good or bad reviews and star ratings.
i also used a landscaping company that had terrible reviews, but their work was awesome, and everything is holding up so far.
just my 2 cents.
I got mine from them with no issues. I sent them the OEM TPMS sensors and they did the mounting/balancing before sending the who package to me. I know a couple others that have used them with no complaints.

We did have an unhappy customer and he is an online influencer, so many of his viewers decided to leave us negative feedback on google. The issue was resolved and I understand being in business for 10+ years, we can't satisfy everyone but we do our best to keep everyone happy.
