Hey so I recently got eibach springs and sways installed with whitline adjustable endlinks

Can someone explain to me in layman's terms what the endlinks do for me?

Also, what setting I should have them on and how to do that ?

Sorry for the noob question I just want to make sure mine are on the right setting and I know what the differences are.

Any info helps please

For Swaybars softest setting is suggested for day to day usage as per attached.

Did the shop adjust them for neutral or just slap them on?

loosen the locking bolts on one end link set your car on the ground tire straight reach under the car and turn it until there's no pressure on it so you can move it back and forth easy jack the car back up and then tighten the locking nuts that's zero load that's where you want it

I'm assuming these are an easy install or needs to goto shop?

I'm assuming these are an easy install or needs to goto sho Jack up both sides of the car take off one end link adjust the new one to the same length reinstall doing both like that sit it on the ground turn one till there's no tension on it tighten the locking nuts and you're done
they're easy to install just jack up your car take the stock one off set the new one to the same length as the old one reinstall and on one side leave the locking nuts loose when it's sitting on the ground turn it till there's no tension on it then tighten the locking nuts That's it

Please find the instructions that should have come with your endlinks. Proper installation involves adjusting the length of the endlinks after installation to find the least bind at each corner.

Just ordered them. Should get them middle next week.

the rattle on the front whiteline endlinks is unbearable over the tiniest bump in the road. when adjusting to match the oem length the threads are quite retracted out of the center rod. so i had to screw them in a couple turns more so they would have enough support. i have tried everything to adjust and not have the left front rattle. i even put blue locktite on the locking bolts as they also come lose over a short time. ive given up and just deal with the noise at this point.

Weird, mine are quiet as can be with not much thread showing.

Yours rattle? Mine did because the locking nut came loose. After I tightened it down I have had no issues since. You sure it's coming from the end links and not the sway bar or something?

it rattles when hitting any small/large dip in road. i tried putting on the stock end links and the noise was gone. i run it hard in the mountains so i want to keep the benefit of the endlinks so i deal with it. the right side doesnt make the same sound.

Did you try silicone in the bushings? I was getting a noise when I went over my drive way curb or speed bumps slowly. Rough road at slow speed exhibited a rattle like something was loose. After I applied silicone noise went away.

hmmm.. interesting DIY. i like it. i think its definitely the threads that have too much play in them. almost like the bolt thread size is just off a hair.

“Rattling“ can occur if the nuts are not torqued up correctly.

If they rattle, the heim joint has likely failed. Happened to mine. I've been back on OEMs for a couple of years now.

My whiteline endlinks rattle like crazy as well. Same thing - only noticeable when moving slowly over small bumps. I've tried adjusting the length and tightness of the locking nut multiple times, with no luck. I will put the car up on jacks this weekend to see if I can find anything that will help but I have a feeling I'll be going back to OEM links :(

Our local "Expert" told me that he even had a set of whitelines rip the threads and pull apart. yikes. He recommended the brand "superpro" instead and he is currently running those with no issues.. i found them on kdmtuners website. i have a set on order and ill report back here after i get them installed.
