Bad Khartunerz Order Experience

On 4/4/2022 I ordered from Khartunerz.
I ordered the KIA STINGER / GENESIS G70 - COMPLETE BRAKE PACKAGE - STREET, BMS High Performance Intercooler, KDM Spec Center Console & Cup Holder, and OEM Wireless Charging Pad for the Stinger.

On 04/06/2022 I received an email saying my order was partly shipped.
I received the Rotors, Intercooler, and one of the Sets of Brake Pads that come with the brake upgrade kit.

Since 04/06/2022 I have sent 3 emails requesting updates regarding what the status on where the rest of my order is:
I am currently still missing a Set of Brake Pads for the front of the vehicle, KDM Spec Center Console & Cup Holder, and OEM Wireless Charging Pad.

I cant in good conscience recommend Khartunerz as a vendor while I have had good ordering experience from them for other orders. It seems to be a crap shoot if they have things in stock or not.
I am sending another email to them as we speak and if I don't hear anything back by the end of the week I am going to start a change back on my card

try giving them a call. there's so much spam these days that filters pick up the most crazy things. they may not be seeing your emails.

Bad - Khar Tunerz, never again

So to keep this short and to the point, I had ordered a BMS oil catch can from khar tuners after they confirmed it was in stock ( I had been trying for almost 3 months to get one ). Once I recieved it in about a week it came directly from BMS and was mailed wrapped in paper in a bubble mailer...

I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. I wasted 3 months waiting for parts. Most were backorder.

Ya I made sure the item was in stock. It was to my surprise. Label created on shipping for a week so I asked the company about it and they said they never got any orders from them and they will be out until July. Now no response.... Jesus this is annoying. Got my exhaust though in a couple days.

There is several threads about this vendor. The general synopsis is if they have it in stock it gets shipped out promptly; if not then good luck getting in touch with them.

Far too stretched out and I have been attempting to hire help but have gone through 3 people so far to no avail

There is no excuse for the amount of people falling through the cracks
As for the ones looking for our phone number
