yea it works but if your awd it turns your car into rwd. another member helped me build a fuse switch that i could just press a button and it would disable that fuse. its not really worth it either way unless you have slicks because you just spin....Thier is a guy on a facebook group who claimed he just pulled a fuse and was able to brake boost at much higher rpms. Has anybody done this? Does it create issues?
Yes u have to pull the fuse after the vehicle is on or it wont start! I also think the brake lights stop working so kee that in mind!I have a rwd . Would it work ?
In the fuse panel under the driver side dash. "Stop lamp" fuse. Making and installing a switch is HIGHLY recommended.where is it ?
It did to mine! It's the stop lamp fuse in the driver side dash fuse panel. It does not turn AWD to RWD, that would be the AWD fuse in the engine bay fuse panel. Pulling the stop lamp fuse will allow you to build boost for launching. Like mentioned, you have to disconnect it with the vehicle on so it's best to install a switch to turn it off and on.
The yellow part is called a "fuse socket connector" pretty sure the size is micro2Pics of the switch set up from anybody who did it?
