^^^ vents look great. Did you have a body shop paint them? I sprayed mine with gloss black paint, but they do not look anywhere near as nice. I even have a new set of vents just sitting here and I haven't figured out what to do with them.

I just washed the car and stopped at the grocery store. In the pics, you can see the access salt that the car is parked on. It covers the entire parking lot . I wish she wasn't my daily but she is. It's near impossible to keep a car clean in Chicago this time of year. I'm down to 1 car wash every 10 days or so and since it's been sub freezing temps here, Touchless car wash with an under carriage blast is the best I can do.

Yeah the roads have a fine salt dusting on them...my cars covered in a light blanket of it now...half hour after washing. It's my own damn fault for living here lol. We're on the North Side of the city...right around Lincoln Park.

Oh yeah...someone got violently carjacked right across the street from our apartment building a few days ago. She didn't want to give up her Audi so he stabbed her...nice. My head's always on a swivel at stop lights and I always leave room between me and the car in front of me incase I have to make "evasive maneuvers". Its ludicrous. I CC as well and I HOPE it never comes to that.
I'm very aware of the speed cameras around Chicago lol. I haven't had a moving violation in 20 years but I'm embarrassed to say how many speed camera tickets I've received. Let's just say I'm lucky they aren't considered moving violations so they aren't reported to insurance companies. Six mph over and they gotcha...and they come out of nowhere. Stinger hits the speed limit quickly so that's just a recipe for disaster. I started using WAZE for my navigation last year as it tells you when the speed zones are coming up. Haven't gotten one since
