you making these?

Hah, it's just cheap "yard sign" corrugated plastic. I've since replaced it with an OEM diffuser (~$230 online).
I suppose it could be made from something more sturdy, but it's quite flimsy without the molded ribs to add stiffness.

Mine flipped down while I was on the highway today. The sound scared me half to death. Was held on by zip ties. Guess that was part of their "Certified pre-owned inspection". I expect a battle at the dealership once they get back to me. Just got the car last month.

Zip ties, holy crap.

They said they are booked out the next 2 months and apologized. I said I'd order the part and install myself. I gave up very quickly.

geez - 2 months... good for them I guess, staying busy. They might need to hire some technicians

Mine just went out yesterday. I sped up to about 80 mph to pass a slow moving truck and the left side popped loose and flipped inside out ripping the thing in half. It's zip tied back together at the moment. I'm hoping the warranty will cover the repair so I don't have to drop $180+ on a replacement

^^^Did you ever have work done that "they" would have removed the front undercarriage panel? Because there is NO way that a correctly attached panel will flip down.

i am still trying to figure out if anybody sells one :( stock or aftermarket.

Follow-up on the previous post. The dealer refused to cover the repair under warranty insisting it was "user damage" because they could see scuffs on the part (I've never hit anything. Passing over roadkill god knows when in the past maybe?) The final bill was $290. I'd just order and replace it myself if it ever happens again.

Edit: Merlin may be right. Last year a rock strike on the highway left a gash on the front fender. It had to be removed and repainted. That's the closest thing I've ever had to a front collision and if the body shop didn't reinstall it correctly that would explain a lot.
