New brakes

Dealership quoted me around $2500 for brakes all around. Is that reasonable or should I look elsewhere?

Holy, crap: the gougers just keep upping their initial price. Do people really have that much uncommitted cash? You haven't been spending much time on the forum, or you'd already know what folks are paying for aftermarket rotors and pads, installed; it's not even half that.

How much is parts, how much is labor? OEM pads aren't ideal, but if they worked for you and are worn, ok. I can't imagine them costing more than $1000-1200 in parts, depending on prices in Canada these days. $1300-1500 is a LOT of labor. Are they including a brake flush with that? That takes some time, and my mechanic (who is generally good here in the US) charges $200 for a flush, and I usually let them do it. Otherwise, just changing pads/rotors - I could do that in maybe 1 hour per wheel (assuming Brembos).

Check with an independent mechanic for labor prices. Brakes aren't brand-specific stuff (for the most part), unlike say HVAC / stereos or safety features. Regardless of which brakes you have (Brembo or not), they are the same as on pretty much every other normal car out there..

Plenty of videos on Youtube on how to change the pads and rotors. Looks very easy. 8 pins and 8 screws to get all four apart. Checkout Uniqueperformace or Tdotperformance for parts prices. Probably around $1200-1500 as already mentioned. That labour charge is hurrendous at $1000+. Labour at most should be 2hrs, but nowadays we are getting taken for a ride. Literally. Call a different dealer and ask what the labour is if you supply your own, then call parts and see what the cost of OEM is. See how it adds up.

2 hours for all 4 is a little fast, I would think. I would allow 1 hr per wheel at least. Unless they're also bleeding them - Brembos have 2 valves each that need to be bled.

They would need to be. Took the guy in the video 5 min to replace the pads.

Just did my rears yesterday, took about two hours but I don't have a lift and I was dawdling, re torqueing my end links and sub frame bolts.

Oh, sure, if it's JUST pads. Doing rotors as well requires undoing 2 bolts per caliper, then possibly the factory OEM "rotor holder" screw (which broke on one of my rotors so I had to drill it out), etc.. I was thinking 1 hour per wheel, including removing the wheels, removing the pads, removing the caliper, removing and replacing the rotor, re-installing the caliper, installing new pads, re-installing the wheel.

front pads: $420 (a pretty big WTF in itself!), front rotors, $240 pair
rear pads: $187, rear rotors $240 pair

How are they turning $1100 US into $2200 CAN? After conversion, should only be maybe $1400-1500 + tax? At least $500 too much.

Never mind that you can get as good / better parts from RockAuto.com (not sure if they ship to Canada)
-several pad choices, max is ~$90/axle, so $200 for pads
-several rotor choices, premium high-carbon rotors are $125 each front, so $250 front rotors pair, $150-200 pair of rears.

All in all, $850 in parts, even if you pay $200 shipping / duty, it's still WAY cheaper.

They're morons honestly, they wanted 1200 CAD for one new front axle. I have used BigTigerParts multiple times; OEM parts right from Korea with super fast shipping. I got two new axles for about $1000 CAD, no duties or surprise charges either. If you're Canadian they are the way to go for OEM parts.

They show prices in Canadian, so they probably do.

Would probably be a little more if I went with the Same brand rotor as pads but they were out of stock for me to see. Definitely using these guys when the time comes.
