I Have a new 2021 GT AWD stinger only 2 weeks old and the dreaded brembo squeak started after the first week. I live in the city so alot of stop & go and the squeak is embarrasing. I see alot of people have used power stop z26 but for older models. I dont see any listed for 2021 version on the site. Any one can recommend some good brakes that dont squeak?

The "squeak" or "rrrrr" sound, or "scratch" sound, is normal for "high performance Brembo brakes". You will get no joy complaining about the sound. But if your rotors develop the dreaded OEM pad deposits and start shuddering, warranty covers that.

My Stoptech pads squeal like a pig. At least pedestrians know that you are coming lol.

Im on my 2nd GT2 awd and both cars have had the dreaded brake shudders. Why does the dealer give us such a hard time to repair the brakes?
I'm not sure the warranty covers brakes

Warranty covers rotors, pads and lines up to 12K miles (Canucks get three times that in kilometers); sometimes Kia warranty works on brakes beyond 12K miles as a "good will gesture": they will resurface rotors if shuddering brakes is the issue; but they won't replace pads if they are still good (thick): and even if they did, it would just be more OEM pads, which would likely come back and leave deposits on the resurfaced rotors. Kia also replaces rotors if they cannot be resurfaced. Somebody on here has had FOUR sets or rotors, all under warranty. Speaking only for myself: after all this drama on the forum, if my brakes ever develop the "shudder", I'm not going with anything OEM as replacement.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I have the Z26 pads on my 2021 GT2. Love them. I will look for the part numbers for you, but they should be the same as early models.
