• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

To my chagrin, I’m in DC but have not been watching this thread. I would’ve loved to make the C&C in January. Next one!

Hello, is there any NoVA Stinger owner that has CK71 DRLs installed and went through state inspection? I had the car serviced in the dealership which also performs inspection and a technician warned me of it may not be able to pass the way I wired it, constantly on when ignition is on. looks like if there is a DRL, it should be able to switch off when high beams are on. (no more than 4 lights could be on at the same time) also it should be able to switch off when headlamps are on, per the reference . Just curious if anyone had any issues.

Tell them to go pull the small trucks over that run with their lightbar on all of the time. Such bullshit. I’m in NY and that pisses me off to hear. Sorry to hear.

I have had mine on for well over a year now and have never heard anything like that. Take it somewhere else for Inspection.

Not to hijack this (lived in the DMV for a while and visit each year) but where in NY are you located? I have still been trying to found any local meets... I did meet up with another forum member up in Westchester a little while ago to discuss MBRP exhausts which was nice!

Forgot to post this here. Super part out since the car is going away. Some items particularly for locals.

If anyone in NoVA is looking for a set of summers, I have a OEM set for sale 5k miles on it, 1 patch on one of the fronts, its the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ZR rated. Pics on request. Moved to all-seasons last winter and these been sitting in the basement...

$400 cash and meetup near Dulles Mall/One Loudoun area.

Some parts uninstalled and swaps available for locals

Anyone down to help me with plug install? I'm in Richmond but willing to drive and meet, also down to meet with a group of enough interest but really could use some help with installing new plugs for my tune

If you're coming up, I can give you a hand.
I've swapped plugs a few times at this point.

Plenty of space. We have a 3 car garage at home. The only downside is it's going to be blistering hot this weekend. I'll be around all day Friday and Sunday and the afternoon on Saturday. It will take about an hour to an hour and a half to change the plugs.
