Any complaints about rear visability?

For those that own the car, is it hard to see traffic out the rear window?
I test drove one today and though only with it a short time, I was surprised how little I could see out the back window.

Visibility is fine for me...even with a G spoiler. I think my eyes just adapted to the frame easily

It's better than some... and worse then others... lol you get used to it
I find a lot of cars have poor rear visibility to be honest

The bigger hindrance to rear visiblilty for me tends to be the micropeen lifted diesel trucks that try to hump my car constantly on the highway.

But otherwise, It's fine. If you're used to a more traditional sedan style, you get used to the Stinger window after a while. You kinda learn to work around it. Certainly shouldn't be a dealbreaker IMO.

It would be great if they had a digital mirror, the Rav4 I got rid of did, it used the back up camera to view traffic behind you.

Even after nearly three years, I find the rear visibility inadequate when reversing. Normal driving it's fine, because I constantly use the side mirrors as well. Yes, we have a reverse camera, but I "old school" my backing up routine: and only glance at the rearview camera display: this, I feel, is being smart, getting most of my information with the mirrors and only supplementing Real Life with video.

I get a lot of aggressive brodudes in their trucks tailgating me.
What is it with that demographic?

Visibility is not the best but better than the 370z, M235i, Mustang GT, and Camaro SS that I tried out a little while back.

After driving convertibles for 15yrs, which have horrendous rear visibility... the Kia is a notch above those past vehicles I've owned.

I also don't haul rear passengers often, and never have anyone sitting in the center back seat... which is why I removed the center headrest. That made the biggest difference for me.

With a rear camera, adjusted side mirrors and rear bumper sensors... it's not that big of a deal.

Hop in a new Camaro and then back into the Stinger and then thank KIA for the awesome rear visibility in the Stinger. Just one example of awful rear visibility in a current vehicle. I think the Stinger rear visibility is very adequate.

I’m on day two of having my Stinger and I find the rear window fine. I was coming from a cadenza which also had a decent slope to the back and this has less visibility but not too much less. I also find the 360 camera and parking sensors very helpful for backing out of places. I will say only my kids sit back there so I don’t have heads in the way...

I think the C pillars are more of a visibility issue than the rear window, but those don’t bother me much either.

lmfao I feel you on that! Took me driving two different Camaros in the modern 21st century (2014 ZL1 and 2018 SS) to realize just how bad the visibility is... :p

Rear windshield is fine, however I have updated the backup light bulb for backing up at night, I live on a hill and the rear firing lights don't project well when there is nothing to bounce off of, issue with the hill not the car I believe

It’s not that bad.

We call them testicle trucks. They fill up Walmart's parking lot when the extra small condoms go on sale.

I have no problem with the back window.
