• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Hello - in the market to purchase a Stinger. One of the local dealers has a 2020 Indigo GT special edition with the D-AWD and LSD. Does anyone have experience with this platform and how it handles in the North East climate/weather/snow/rain/etc? How it compares to a traditional GT1/GT2 with AWD? Thanks!

LSD helps traction of the car and make sure that 1 wheel is not getting all the power. To to sum it up in Northern Climate:

AWD with LSD > AWD > RWD with LSD > RWD

LSD (Limited Slip Differential) helps traction of the car and make sure that 1 wheel is not getting all the power. To to sum it up in Northern Climate:

AWD with LSD (Limited Slip Differential) > AWD > RWD with LSD (Limited Slip Differential) > RWD

Very very helpful. Exactly what I was looking to confirm! Thanks

Good luck shopping for your new Stinger. I really like that color on the Atlantica.

post some pictures once you get it!

regular AWD works great (in NYC area). AWD w LSD should be better that is a feature I would have paid extra for but wasn't available in 2018 awd
Does the AWD w LSD also have a drift button/mode?

it is exactly the gts system, it doesn't say in the gauge that it is engaged but it does have it. Same procedure as launch control but not doing the brake part.
