Council provided mattresses a common site on the roads afflicted with gridlocked traffic, it affords the tired commuter a place to rest until the traffic moves. Other commuters sound horns when its time move on.


Lol its council pick up you get 4 free pick ups a year. You ring the council book a date and they'll pick up your household items from your curb.

I'm surprised California issued mine (I've said this before). They require an "explanation" of meaning. I submitted "Fast Asian car."

Yes it is the same here, you need to support your application. You can't have racist/offensive words. Obviously Bitchy isn't regarded as offensive in that state. Unless the person who approved the application is so numb skulled not to realise what Bichy 1 really means. Maybe is is a surname. Who knows.
